I was skeptical about bringing pure silk knit tees for a two-week sightseeing trip across Florence and Amalfi, worried they would prove too delicate or wrinkle easily in my carry-on. But wow—I could not have been more wrong! Hanging this tee in the hotel bathroom during a steamy shower released every minor crease within minutes. The Mulberry silk jersey feels ridiculously smooth, like liquid satin melting across shoulders, making 10-mile walking days through sunny cobblestone streets feel luxurious. The boat-neck cut frames the neckline in such a flattering, graceful way without revealing too much. I styled it with high-waisted linen shorts for gelato runs in the afternoon, then tucked it into a bias-cut midi skirt with gold hoop earrings for dinners along the coast. The subtle lustre under twilight looks undeniably expensive. I am completely hooked on these silk basics and will be stocking up on the espresso and champagne colorways for autumn layering!

I bought the silk T-shirt mostly out of curiosity because I couldn't imagine how different it would feel from the cotton tees I wear almost every day. The answer is: very different. The fabric feels cool and smooth when I first put it on, and the relaxed fit gives enough space around my body without looking baggy. What surprised me most was the drape. Instead of sticking out or bunching near my waist, the shirt falls naturally and makes even simple jeans look much more polished. I've worn it to the office under a blazer, to brunch with wide-leg pants, and on a lazy Sunday with sneakers. Somehow every version works. The soft sheen catches the light beautifully but stays subtle enough for daytime. I'm already checking the other colors because I can easily see another one joining my weekly rotation.
